A 500, 000 working Man Hours without Lost time injury award.
On the 20th of February 2020 AKT Oil Services Company received yet another prestigious health safety and environment award from its Client Kuwait Energy Iraq Limited for achieving a 500,000 working Man Hours No Lost Time or Injury Award.
This award was given for the project "Siba flowlines and trunkline project" a job which cuts across flowline, heavy piping, civil works, electrical and instrumentation works. Also the installation and pre-commissioning of special packaged equipment for the phase 2 development of the Siba oil field in Iraq.
This feat will attest to our resilient commitment to optimizing the Health Safety and Environmental Policies and tactics being put in place at all our work sites.
Even so, we continue to consistently review our HSE policies and strive to maintain these ground breaking records.
One Million Man Hours Lost Time Injury Free Award.
On the 5th of September 2015 AKT Oil Services Company received a prestigious health safety and environment award from its Client Kuwait Energy Iraq Limited for achieving a 1,000,000 working Man Hours No Lost Time or Injury Award.
This award was given for the construction and pre-commission of 44km length of 20" Dry gas pipeline, 14 km length of 6" condensate pipeline, and 44km length of 4" LPG pipeline a total of 102km. " a job which cuts across pipeline construction, piping, major earth & civil works, fiber optic cabling, cathodic protection and valve installation works.
